Manager – Functional Consulting

Primary Job Role

Enterprise Analytics is seeking an experienced Manager – Functional Consulting to lead and grow our Functional Consulting Practice across ERP implementation, upgrade, consulting, and support engagements.

This leadership role is ideal for a seasoned consulting professional with deep expertise in IFS and/or Acumatica, combined with a proven track record of managing high-performing consulting teams and delivering successful ERP transformation programs. The successful candidate will drive consulting excellence, delivery governance, team development, and client success within a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a Functional Consulting team comprising 30+ consultants across implementation and support engagements.
  
  
• Oversee resource allocation, utilization, and capacity planning to ensure optimal project delivery and team performance.
  
  
• Establish and maintain delivery governance, consulting quality standards, and adherence to industry best practices.
  
  
• Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Architects, Technical Teams, and key stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
  
  
• Support pre-sales activities, including solution design, effort estimation, proposal development, and customer presentations.
  
  
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, knowledge sharing, mentoring, and professional development within the consulting practice.
  
  
• Ensure successful execution of ERP implementation, upgrade, and transformation projects while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Engineering, Finance, or a related discipline.
  
  
• Minimum 15 years of consulting experience, including 4–5 years in a leadership, practice management, or consulting management role.
  
  
• Strong hands-on functional consulting expertise in IFS and/or Acumatica ERP solutions.
  
  
• Proven experience leading and developing consulting teams of 25+ professionals.
  
  
• Strong understanding of ERP implementation methodologies, delivery governance, and project lifecycle management.
  
  
• Experience delivering global ERP rollouts and cloud ERP upgrade programs.
  
  
• Exposure to consulting financial management, utilization planning, forecasting, and PMO governance.
  
  
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, communication, mentoring, and team development skills.
